Your code stays on your computer

Everything runs in your browser. The code you type is never uploaded, stored on a server or shared. The page keeps an unsent draft in your own browser only.

Feedback sends only what you see in the feedback form. Code is attached only when you tick the box, so you can work with client macros safely.

How the checker was tested

Every rule was tested against a large set of real-world macros. Rules that raised false alarms on working code were fixed or downgraded before release. Argument counts are based on how the functions are called in practice.

What it cannot do

It does not run your code and does not know your data model, so it cannot check attribute names, object types or results. Always test in OMP.

Changelog

v0.12 Feedback is now delivered (via Formspree). Stray semicolons ("Then;", ";;;") are now errors, as in OMP. For loops accept "by" for the step. New error for malformed expressions: missing operator between two values, empty ( ), stray { }. Break and Continue now need the label of an enclosing loop, as in OMP (confirmed by a user test). Sub-vectors such as V[a:b] are no longer mistaken for loop labels.
v0.11 All functions in the reference reviewed; 980+ further built-in function names added to autocomplete. New hints for deprecated functions and for To-Do list functions used without an invisible-mode guard.
v0.10 Function reference rewritten in our own words, with typed signatures, examples and an "unverified" mark where behaviour is not yet confirmed. Severities confirmed in OMP for missing return value, duplicate names and calls without Call.
v0.9 Feedback on every problem, function and rule. Report a missed error. Severity chips in the editor header.
v0.8 Missing ";" and wrong argument counts are now errors. Argument-count check for built-in functions.
v0.7 Hint for names that are declared nowhere. Header leaves an empty line before the code.
v0.6 Stricter autocomplete, signature on the function name, colour legend in Rules.
v0.5 First version: editor, autocomplete, reference, static checker.
